Proudly supporting KidsCan
KidsCan is dedicated to helping Kiwi kids living in poverty. It started in a garage and has grown into one of the country's leading children's charities. They provides food, jackets, shoes and health products to more than 1,500 schools and early childhood centres nationwide.
These essentials help children focus on learning and improving attendance and wellbeing. The charity believes education is a child's pathway out of poverty, giving them the opportunity for a better future.
Naked Finance supports KidsCan by hosting this annual Charity Golf Day and helping at the distribution centres, packing supplies destined to be sent to Kiwi kids who need an extra helping hand.

Corporate Social Responsibility
It is easy to forget (or ignore) the responsibilities businesses have outside of providing services and making money for interested parties. The reality is that we all have a burden of care for the people and environment around us. Naked Finance started taking ownership over our social responsibilities last year by achieving the B Corp certificate. We focus on Culture.
Our office culture is the backbone that makes Naked Finance a safe and fulfilling place to work. We have a variety of initiatives to support and help our staff grow professionally and develop skills ready for their next roll. We developed processes to allow staff to seek support on personal levels should they ever need it.

We reduce our environmental footprint.
We take measures to reduce and offset our environmental footprint by being paperless in all areas of our business except UK pensions (which require hard copies by law), and by planting trees for all work related air travel.

We offer 'blue sky days' to staff.
Every member of staff is entitled to a 'blue sky day' once a quarter. This is an additional 'annual leave day' which is not considered as part of their annual leave quota. Staff members can use this paid day to do anything they wish.

We look to partner with B Corp companies.
At every opportunity, Naked Finance looks to partner with other B Corp companies. We want to be confident that our partners have the same ambitions and ethos as us. To care about our impact, and leave our communities better off for us being here.

In October 2025, Naked Finance ran their first ever Charity Golf Day to raise money for KidsCan. We invited close clients and friends who donated to take part, and together we raised over $15,000 for KidsCan. The day was a success and everyone had a blast. Where is the 2026 KidsCan Charity Golf Day taking place?
Huapai Golf Club, situated on the shores of the Waitemata Harbour. It's one of New Zealand's finest country courses, just 5 minutes from the North Western Motorway, 10 minutes from Albany Hill, and only 20 minutes from the Auckland CBD.
When is the 2026 Naked Finance Charity Golf Day?
Friday 23rd October 2026. Tee off will be a shotgun start at 12.30pm. All participants need to arrive no later than 11.30am.
What is the playing format for the charity golf day?
We will be playing Ambrose format. This lets golfers of all abilities play together as a team. Four players per team, each hitting off the tee, then playing from the best shot until the ball is holed. One score is recorded per hole.

We wouldn't let such a day sail by without celebrating a few winners along the way! We will be tracking which individual gets 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for 'closest to the pin', 'the longest drive' and the best prize of the day, the 'wooden spoon'.
Prize giving will be held at the end of the day. Good luck to all players!
