Our journey so far
Becoming a B Corp
Our founding belief was always that business should be a force for positive change. Becoming a certified B Corporation was the natural evolution of this principle, providing a rigorous framework to formally hold ourselves accountable.
We wanted to be part of this movement to challenge the status quo and join a movement committed to balancing purpose and profit. We have only recently launched into the B Corp community but we are already seeing positive change in the ethos and welfare of our staff and community.

Volunteer Days
we are deeply committed to supporting the vital work of Women's Refuge, an organisation that provides safety, support, and advocacy for women and children escaping family violence. Recognising that financial control is often a tool of abuse, we provide pro-bono financial advice to help survivors regain their economic independence and build a secure future. Our team volunteers its expertise to help navigate financial challenges, from budgeting and debt management to understanding financial rights, empowering these women with the knowledge and confidence to take control of their lives. It is our privilege to stand with Women's Refuge in their mission to create communities where women and children are safe and free from violence.
Blue Sky days
We believe that true wellbeing is fundamental to a thriving team, which is why we proudly offer every staff member one 'Blue Sky Day' per quarter. This is a fully paid day off, separate from annual leave, for our people to book at their discretion and do absolutely anything they love. Whether it's for resetting, pursuing a passion, or simply relaxing without obligation, the day is theirs to design. This initiative is a core investment in our team's mental health and work-life balance, ensuring they have the space to recharge and return feeling inspired and valued.

Embracing a sustainable future is a core operational value at Naked Finance, which is why we proudly operate a nearly 100% paperless business. This deliberate choice significantly lowers our carbon footprint and reflects our deep commitment to environmental consciousness.
The only exception to this rule is our UK Pensions sector, where we are obligated by the UK schemes themselves to post physical, hard copies. Beyond this required step, every aspect of our process is digital, ensuring efficiency and a minimal ecological impact.
