Win a spring clean terms and conditions

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility
This promotion is applicable only to individuals who complete the official Naked Finance Mortgage Health Check Quiz during the promotion period (see clause 4). You (the “entrant”) must be a New Zealand resident aged at least 18 years. You are not eligible if you are (a) an employee or immediate family member of an employee of the promoter or any agencies associated with this promotion.

2. How to Enter & Prize Details
To enter the promotion, you must complete the official Naked Finance Mortgage Health Check Quiz during the Promotional Period. One (1) valid completion of the quiz constitutes one (1) entry into the prize draw. Entries are limited to one (1) per person, regardless of the number of valid entries.

One (1) winner will be selected via a random electronic draw to receive the prize: a professional spring clean for their house, valued at up to $750 NZD + GST. The promoter will cap all costs associated with the cleaning service at this value. The prize includes a standard clean of main living areas as defined by the chosen service provider.

If no professional cleaning service is reasonably available in the winner’s region, as determined by the promoter at its sole discretion, the prize will be substituted with a Prezzy Card to the value of $750 NZD.

3. Promoter
The promoter is Naked Finance, 2/2 Boundary Road, Hobsonville, Auckland, 0616, New Zealand (www.nakedfinance.co.nz).

4. Promotion Period
The promotion starts at 9:00 am NZST on 16 February 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm NZST on 10 April 2026. The promoter may extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Prize Draw and Winner Notification
The winner will be drawn at random electronically after the close of the Promotion Period. The draw will take place by 8 May 2026. The winner will be notified using the contact details we have stored on the Naked Finance CRM. The promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not claim the prize, or is ineligible, the promoter may redraw the prize at its discretion.

6. General Terms
a. The promoter reserves the right to: (i) verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or submitting an entry not in accordance with these terms; (ii) modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion at any time without notice; (iii) subject to clause 2, substitute the prize (or part thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification.
b. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
c. Any cost associated with accessing the promotion website or entering (such as internet charges) is the entrant’s responsibility.
d. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect, special, or consequential loss) arising in any way out of the promotion or the prize, including, but not limited to: (i) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction; (ii) any theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference; (iii) any entry that is late, lost, or misdirected; (iv) any tax liability incurred by a winner; or (v) use of, or participation in, the prize. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law.
e. The promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion. By entering, you consent to the use of your information for this purpose and for receiving marketing and general information from the promoter, in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy (www.nakedfinance.nz/privacy-policy). Information may be disclosed to third parties as required to administer the promotion or as required by law.
f. If the promoter does not enforce a right under these terms at any time, it does not waive that right.
g. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
