Naked Finance Baby Expo Competition Terms and Conditions
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
This promotion is applicable only to individuals who complete one of the specified entry actions during the promotion period (see clause 4). You (the "entrant") must be a New Zealand resident aged at least 18 years. You are not eligible if you are (a) an employee or immediate family member of an employee of the promoter or any agencies associated with this promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize for the KiwiSaver competition (a contribution to a child's KiwiSaver account) requires the entrant to have, or be the legal guardian of, a child who is eligible for a KiwiSaver account in accordance with the KiwiSaver Act 2006.
2. How to Enter & Prize Details
The promotion consists of four (4) separate competitions (each a "sub-competition"). To enter a specific sub-competition, you must complete the corresponding entry action during the Promotional Period. One (1) valid completion of an entry action constitutes one (1) entry into the prize draw for that specific sub-competition. Entries are limited to one (1) per person, per sub-competition, regardless of the number of valid entries. You may enter multiple sub-competitions by completing the entry actions for each.
The four sub-competitions are as follows:
Mortgages Competition
How to Enter: Complete the form (https://share-ap1.hsforms.com/2e18428gMT3KGqjNjNWDx1g7b30g2) to download the Naked Finance Mortgages Guide, book a meeting, and sit that meeting with a Naked Finance adviser to discuss mortgages. A team member will be in touch to book your meeting.
Prize: One (1) winner will be selected via a random electronic draw to receive a professional house clean, valued at up to $750 NZD + GST. The promoter will cap all costs associated with the cleaning service at this value. The prize includes a standard clean of main living areas as defined by the chosen service provider. If no professional cleaning service is reasonably available in the winner's region, as determined by the promoter at its sole discretion, the prize will be substituted with a Prezzy Card to the value of $750 NZD.
Insurance Competition

Prize: One (1) winner will be selected via a random electronic draw to receive an Edwards & Co Oscar M2 pram. The specific model, brand, and retail value of the pram may alter due to availability and can be replaced by a prize of similar value by the promoter at its sole discretion. The promoter will use reasonable endeavours to select a pram of comparable quality to the other prizes in this promotion. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
KiwiSaver Competition
How to Enter: Complete the form (https://share-ap1.hsforms.com/2e18428gMT3KGqjNjNWDx1g7b30g2) to download the Naked Finance KiwiSaver Guide, book a meeting, and sit that meeting with a Naked Finance adviser to discuss KiwiSaver. A team member will be in touch to book your meeting.
Prize: One (1) winner will be selected via a random electronic draw. The winner will receive a contribution made by Naked Finance to the winner's child's KiwiSaver account, to the value of $1000. The contribution will be paid directly to the child's KiwiSaver provider. The winner must provide valid KiwiSaver account details for their child within 30 days of being notified. If the required details are not provided within this timeframe, or if the child is not eligible for a KiwiSaver account, the prize will be forfeited and may be redrawn at the promoter's discretion.
'Golf Game' Competition
How to Enter: Complete the form (https://share-ap1.hsforms.com/2e18428gMT3KGqjNjNWDx1g7b30g2) and select the dropdown option “I don’t need guidance”. Participate in the Naked Finance golf game at the Baby Expo and achieves a "bullseye" (as determined by the promoter's representative at the Expo).
Prize: One (1) winner will be selected via a random electronic draw. The winner will receive an Ergo Baby Carrier. The specific model, style, and retail value of the baby carrier will be determined by the promoter at its sole discretion. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
3. Promoter
The promoter is Naked Finance, 2/2 Boundary Road, Hobsonville, Auckland, 0616, New Zealand (www.nakedfinance.co.nz).
4. Promotion Period
The entry portion of the promotion is for the duration of the Baby Show and starts at 9:00 am NZST on 28th March 2026 and ends at 4 pm NZST on 29th March 2026.
For each of the sub promotions a-c, entrants have 4 weeks from date of entry to sit the qualifying meeting.
The promoter may extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
5. Prize Draw and Winner Notification
One (1) winner for each of the three sub-competitions (a-d) will be drawn at random electronically after the last qualifying meeting has been sat. The draw will take place on the next working day after the final qualifying meeting has been sat. The winners will be notified using the contact details collected at the Expo. The promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not claim their prize within a reasonable timeframe, or is ineligible, the promoter may redraw that specific prize at its discretion.
6. General Terms
a. The promoter reserves the right to: (i) verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or submitting an entry not in accordance with these terms; (ii) modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion at any time without notice; (iii) subject to clause 2, substitute the prize (or part thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification.
b. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, except as explicitly stated in clause 2(a).
c. Any cost associated with accessing the promotion website or entering (such as internet charges) is the entrant's responsibility.
d. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect, special, or consequential loss) arising in any way out of the promotion or the prize, including, but not limited to: (i) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction; (ii) any theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference; (iii) any entry that is late, lost, or misdirected; (iv) any tax liability incurred by a winner; or (v) use of, or participation in, the prize. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law.
e. The promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion. By entering, you consent to the use of your information for this purpose and for receiving marketing and general information from the promoter, in accordance with the promoter's privacy policy (www.nakedfinance.nz/privacy-policy). Information may be disclosed to third parties as required to administer the promotion or as required by law.
f. If the promoter does not enforce a right under these terms at any time, it does not waive that right.
g. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
