Naked Finance Charity Golf Day – Terms & Conditions

Organiser: Naked Finance Limited (“Naked Finance”)
Beneficiary: KidsCan

By registering for or participating in the Naked Finance Charity Golf Day (“the Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Participation
1.1 Participation is open to invited individuals, teams, and sponsors.
1.2 The Event will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise determined by the golf course management or Naked Finance.

2. Registration & Payment
2.1 A hole sponsorship fee of NZD $1,000 includes sponsorship rights, one team of four players, and associated benefits as outlined in the sponsorship package.
2.2 Full payment must be received to secure your place.
2.3 Cancellations must be received in writing. Refunds will be at the discretion of Naked Finance.
2.4 If you are registering on behalf of a team, you confirm that:
• You have permission from your three teammates to provide their names and contact details to Naked Finance.
• You have made them aware of these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy & Data Use provisions.

3. Privacy & Data Use
3.1 Naked Finance will collect personal information from you during registration, including (but not limited to) your name, contact details, team details, and any relevant payment information.
3.2 This information will be used to:
• Administer and manage the Event.
• Communicate with you about the Event.
• Comply with legal and safety obligations.
3.3 By participating in the Event, you consent to Naked Finance using your contact details (and those of your teammates) for future marketing and promotional communications, including updates about products, services, and other events.
3.4 You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting Naked Finance or using the “unsubscribe” function in emails.
3.5 Naked Finance will handle all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

4. Photography, Video & Marketing
4.1 Naked Finance may take photographs, video, and audio recordings during the Event for use in marketing, publicity, and promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials.
4.2 By attending the Event, you consent to the use of your image and/or voice for these purposes without payment or further approval, unless you notify Naked Finance in writing prior to the Event.

5. Health & Safety
5.1 Participants must follow all instructions from Event staff, volunteers, and golf course personnel.
5.2 Naked Finance will take all reasonable steps to ensure the health and safety of participants but accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where required by law.

6. Liability
6.1 To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Naked Finance will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your participation in the Event.
6.2 Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Privacy Act 2020, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

7. Governing Law
7.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
7.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
