Dental Conference Prize Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. Promoter
The promoter is Naked Finance, 2/2 Boundary Road, Hobsonville, Auckland, 0616, New Zealand (www.nakedfinance.co.nz).

2. Eligibility
This promotion is applicable only to individuals who complete the entry actions during the promotion period (see clause 4). You (the "entrant") must be:
- A New Zealand resident
- Aged at least 18 years
- A professional dentist attending the relevant expo

You are not eligible if you are:
- An employee or immediate family member of an employee of the promoter or any agencies associated with this promotion
- A contractor or immediate family member of a contractor of the promoter or any agencies associated with this promotion

3. How to Enter
To enter the competition, you must complete all of the following steps during the Promotional Period:
1. Complete the entry form provided at the Naked Finance expo stand
2. Book a discovery meeting with a Naked Finance adviser at the expo
3. Sit that meeting with the Naked Finance adviser

One (1) valid completion of the entry actions constitutes one (1) entry into the prize draw. Entries are limited to one (1) per person.

The entry portion of the promotion will be conducted at the expo. Entrants have 4 weeks from the date of entry to sit the qualifying meeting. If the qualifying meeting is not sat within this timeframe, the entry will be void.

4. Promotion Period
The entry portion of the promotion starts at 9:00 am NZST on [Insert Start Date] and ends at 5:00 pm NZST on [Insert End Date] (the "Promotional Period").

For the avoidance of doubt, entrants have 4 weeks from the date of their entry at the expo to sit the qualifying meeting.

The promoter may extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Prize Details
One (1) winner will be selected via a random electronic draw to receive their choice of one of the following luxury prizes:

Prize Option 1: Luxury Golf Day
A golf day at a luxury course for 4 people, including:
- Green fees for 4 players
- Golf cart rental
- Excludes: travel, accommodation, meals, equipment hire, insurance, and any other incidental costs

Prize Option 2: Luxury Spa Package
A luxury spa package for 2 people, including:
- Treatments at a luxury spa near the winner
- Specific treatments to be confirmed at the time of booking based on availability
- Excludes: travel, accommodation, meals, and any other incidental costs

Prize Option 3: Canopy Escapes Weekend
A weekend for 2 at luxury Canopy Escapes, including:
- Accommodation for 2 people for 2 nights
- Excludes: travel, meals, activities, insurance, and any other incidental costs

Important Prize Conditions:
- The winner must select their preferred prize option at the time of notification
- If the winner's preferred prize option is unavailable, the promoter may substitute with an alternative prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion
- All prizes are subject to availability and any blackout dates imposed by the prize providers
- Travel and accommodation (where not specified) are not included and are the responsibility of the winner and their guests
- The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash
- The promoter will cap all costs associated with each prize at the value reasonably determined by the promoter. If no service provider is reasonably available in the winner's region, as determined by the promoter at its sole discretion, the prize may be substituted with a Prezzy Card of equivalent value

6. Prize Draw and Winner Notification
One (1) winner will be drawn at random electronically after the last qualifying meeting has been sat. The draw will take place on the next working day after the final qualifying meeting has been sat.

The winner will be notified using the contact details collected at the expo. The promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If a winner:
- Cannot be contacted
- Does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification
- Is ineligible
- Does not select a prize option within 14 days of notification

The promoter may redraw the prize at its discretion.

7. General Terms
a. Verification and Disqualification
The promoter reserves the right to:
(i) Verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or submitting an entry not in accordance with these terms
(ii) Modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion at any time without notice
(iii) Subject to clause 5, substitute the prize (or part thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification

b. Prize Conditions
The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, except as explicitly stated in clause 5.

c. Costs
Any cost associated with attending the expo or entering (such as travel, internet charges, or entry fees) is the entrant's responsibility.

d. Liability
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect, special, or consequential loss) arising in any way out of the promotion or the prize, including, but not limited to:
(i) Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction
(ii) Any theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference
(iii) Any entry that is late, lost, or misdirected
(iv) Any tax liability incurred by a winner
(v) Use of, or participation in, the prize

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

e. Privacy and Marketing
The promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion. By entering, you consent to the use of your information for this purpose. Information may be disclosed to third parties as required to administer the promotion (including prize providers) or as required by law.

The promoter may use your personal information to send you marketing and general information about the promoter's services, in accordance with the promoter's privacy policy (www.nakedfinance.nz/privacy-policy) and the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time.

f. Waiver
If the promoter does not enforce a right under these terms at any time, it does not waive that right.

g. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

h. Compliance with Laws
This promotion is a sales promotion scheme as defined under the Gambling Act 2003. It is conducted for the purpose of promoting the promoter's goods and services, and no purchase or payment is required to enter.

i. Changes to Terms
The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the promoter's website.
